A serious addiction

I've added SiteMeter to my blog. I want to have those maps that show you where your visitors are. Have only one visitor at present - me - in Europe. Tracking your visitors is another addictive aspect of blogging. My Inner Wise Guy is telling me that this is getting out of hand. You should be revealing your deep, inner thoughts here, jj, giving your faithful few a glimpse of the vast, wide world within you - not obsessing over who's passing by here. You're right, of course, Wise Guy, but at the moment my world feels flat, cramped and dull. Motivation to work is at zero. I definitely need that orange juice.

It is kind of fun to see where people are coming from.

Cool! Loved seeing the stats. You can set SiteMeter to ignore your own visits. Here's how.
- Log into SiteMeter
- click the Manager tab
- click Ignore Visits on the left.

You can set it to ignore all flavors of your current IP address. And, if you do this again at home, it will ignore both your work and home machines. I think it can only ignore two.
