Batman came to the palace yesterday, in the form of a father's rights campaigner who climbed up to the balcony of Buckingham Palace in London. See photos.The Queen wasn't in. She was up in Scotland at Balmoral. This little incident will be the talk of the town in Britain and the generator of many a new joke. But really your hair stands on end when you think about it. What happened to the tight security? Aren't we supposed to be on full alert for terrorist attacks? Could you imagine this ever happening at the White House?
