According to Dutch quality newspaper 'NRC Handelsblad', the parliamentary faction of the Christian Democratic Party (CDA) is protesting about the possibility that criminals have of claiming 'professional expenses' for pistols that they've bought especially to carry out a robbery. Apparently, it's currently possible for them to claim a reduction on the fine the court imposes upon conviction.
Have you ever heard anything so ridiculous? This country can't think straight.
