Graffiti. I had to type it into google to find out how to spell it. Came up with this site - Art Crimes - where you can check out modern man's wall paintings around the world.
Yesterday, I saw two workers patiently painting over the gold graffiti that had been sprayed on a wall of the metro platform. "The night shift will have to remove the graffiti over there," one of the workers told me, pointing at the far wall on the other side of the track. Some daredevil artist must have broken in during the night to spray that wall in pink, green, silver and gold letters.
This morning, as I was waking up, waiting for the train to arrive, I noticed the pristine white wall on the other side of the track. The night shift had done their work.
