I've mentioned it before but it's worth mentioning again. .. One of the sites I go to when in need of something uplifting, inspiring, a quick reminder that life is full of wonder is Martin Gray's Places of Peace and Power. He's currently showing a photo on the front page of the Golden Temple at Amritsar - one of my favourites out of his treasure store of beautiful pics.

With all this online support, how could I fail to feel better? Deft what? Haven't seen that word for a while, had to look it up...:)
When I am feeling under the weather - not fully sick yet I rent a bunch of movies and lay in bed all day. It usually gives time for the good guys to fight the bad evil germs
