Call Center Purgatory

Off to work at The Bakery. Due to the confidential nature of the loaves we bake there, I can't reveal further details. (The recipes are kept on file on a shared computer network and someone in IT will be able to track my on screen activities...). Wouldn't want the share price to drop because I've told you what type of flour we use...

Call Center Purgatory. This makes for a very entertaining read. The site owner describes it as 'Exploring the mind numbing insanity and childish corporate culture of an unknown call center employee'. His email alone says it all: anonymous.cog at gmail.com ! Take a look.

Hmm...hope this isn't one of The Bakery's call centre employees...
