Sitting in the sun

We sat out on the balcony for the first time this year, lapping up the sun and shielding each other from the icy wind. I crashed completely today. Brain just refused to work. HAD to take a break - or so it seems to me. Maybe just delaying tactic par excellence but have only managed to take a brief look through the latest half-finished draft (did I say two-thirds? Hmm). Parts of it read quite well. Other parts look like the rantings of a madman. And still other parts are just a series of hopeful looking headings in bold with question marks at the end. I've realised that the problem isn't just that I've got to get this thing into first draft state by Wednesday but that I have to take over project leadership (something I've never done and doesn't come naturally to me) of two communications projects, start producing comms plans for both (also new) and take over the running of a new intranet site - all by Thursday. Now THAT's a challenge.

I feel overwhelmed.
