Sustainable breadmaking

Yes! End of my four-day week. The weekend starts NOW...

Had a good day writing up an article about sustainable development and the art of international breadmaking - fascinating stuff, you know. Dawdled all afternoon, unable to concentrate, and then chucked it out in forty minutes flat. Once a journalist, always a journalist. The only thing that makes me move is a deadline I'm about to miss.

I like this sustainable development stuff. Even though companies misuse it to make themselves look good, in my view. I'm going to grab this subject as 'mine', become an expert on C02, carbon trading, Kyoto, hydrogen-driven buses and the suchlike and run away and write about anything but how to make dough.
