I've written the first 1,000 words of my assignment. Now, this may not be as good as it sounds. If the last one is anything to go by, I'll be hard pressed to get the rest of the answer into the other 4,000. But let's remain optimistic. I've done the first 1,000.
Now there are just five minutes left to achieve points 5-8 on today's 'To Do' list - and that didn't even include updating my blog!
Highlight of the day was a brief walk in the park during which I saw a tall, friendly black man, using only thin green line, fish a truly enormous carp out of a rather stagnant side-arm of the little lake there. I had my camera with me so took a picture of him looking jubilant with his catch - just before he unhooked it and set it free. Then I went off to catch a shot of Bud in trainers and sleek black sports gear, jogging round the park. He wasn't running so fast but appears as a mere blur on my digital screen. He looks so cute running, I could hug him!
