One of the hazards of having a man in the house is that you occasionally have to put up with football on TV. Dutch team PSV Eindhoven, looking a little pale in grey strip with 'Philips' on the front, are facing Opel-sponsored Milan - a dashing bunch in red-and-black stripes and black shorts. Sorry for the Dutch, but the Italians are an altogether better looking lot. As footballers go, that is. While I'm musing about their looks, they've already scored one goal and my Buddy - a Dutchman in his passport but not in his heart - is already showing signs of switching allegiance to the Latin side. "Kom op, jongens [come on, guys]," he's urging them when they're near the Dutch goal. "I don't mind if it's 1-1," he says, as PSV nears the Milan goal.
Come on, Milan, bet you can beat PSV hands down!
