I know it's not funny, agree it doesn't show me in a good light (jaybie - you killjoy) but I just can't help laughing about the news that the Pope's funeral clashes with Prince Charles' ill-fated wedding. Both are scheduled for April 8th.
Since not only Charlie himself but also two of his most prominent guests - the Archibishop of Canterbury and Prime Minister Tony Blair - could be going to Rome for John Paul's do, it's all a little tricky, to say the least.
Apparently HRH is reconsidering. He might postpone his nuptials to Saturday.
If I were him, I think I'd read the tea leaves and forget it altogether...
