It's still freezing here. The canal that I can see from the office window is frozen over. If it carries on like this, we'll be able to skate on it.
Didn't blog last night. I was busy reading the texts of the Kyoto Protocol and the EU Directive on Emissions Trading. I get to read some exciting things, you know. I'm reading them because I can't find a decent summary of either of them anywhere on the internet - at least, not one that explains the emissions trading side of it.
If you know of one, let me know...
