Empuries

We were in Empuries in L'Escala, a seaside town on the northern strip of coastline in Catalonia, just over the border from France. And on the way back, we stopped off in the Dordogne, as well as in the volcanic region around Clermont-Ferrand (no, I didn't know they had volcanoes there either) and at various places in France along the route back home. It was lovely. And too short.
